Vanita Wilson brings over 25 years of counseling experience to her role as a therapist and school counselor. She takes a holistic approach to therapy, fostering relationships with clients, parents, and the community to create a nurturing environment. With a Bachelor’s in Social Work from U of M Flint and a Master’s in Guidance and Counseling from Spring Arbor University, Vanita has been in private practice with Oakland Pyschological Clinic in Flint, MI. for the last two years, working primarily with adolescents and young adults. She has also worked in private practice outpatient and daytreatment periodically during her 30 yr career in mental health.
