Gina works with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, abuse and other life stressors. She has experience working in end-of-life care and hospice as well as with individuals who have serious health conditions. She also has experience working in the areas of domestic violence and sexual abuse. Gina has experience providing therapy to individuals from many different backgrounds, including but not limited to, individuals from a variety of ethnic and cultural backgrounds, various religions affiliations as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community. Gina is passionate about helping all people to recognize, embrace and live to their full potential. Gina uses an integrative approach to therapy, primarily utilizing strengths-based, solutions-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. She also likes to incorporate art therapy and play therapy techniques where appropriate. Gina is also trained in grief/bereavement and trauma interventions. She is certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which can be used to help individuals with a wide range of therapeutic needs. Gina tailors client’s treatment plans and goals to meet their individual needs and current life circumstances.
