Bridget N. Green, LPC, NCC is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with extensive experience in clinical practice, supervision, and behavioral health leadership. She earned her counseling degree from Oakland University and has spent her career supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Bridget brings a strong background in both direct clinical work and operational leadership. She has held senior leadership roles overseeing multi-site outpatient clinics, supervising clinicians, and supporting high-quality, ethical care delivery. Her work is grounded in a collaborative, client-centered approach that values clinical excellence, professional development, and strong clinical systems.

In her current role as Associate Clinical Director with Optum Behavioral Care, Bridget provides clinical oversight for the Bloomfield, Fraser, Livonia, and Milford Oakland Psychological clinics, partnering closely with clinicians and leadership teams to support clinical quality while remaining connected to direct client care.

Clinically, Bridget integrates play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive interventions, and trauma-informed care. She is known for creating a warm, structured therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to explore emotions, build coping skills, and foster resilience. She is deeply passionate about affirming and supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and families, and is committed to creating inclusive, validating spaces for clients of all identities.

Outside of her professional life, Bridget enjoys biking, sunny days, and the simple joy of a good nap. She especially loves curling up with her beagle, Trevor, who is never far from her side.
