Dr. Tigay has appeared widely in the media including the Detroit News, Detroit Free Press, Oakland Press, TV2 News, Fox News, The Sonia Friedman radio show (guest host), The Sonia Friedman TV Show, WJR, WWJ and many more.

He has six children and three grandchildren.
